The entrance examination

Every applicant sits a recorded examination in our assessment room: Sūrat al-Fātiḥah and al-Ikhlāṣ from memory, a slow articulation drill of āyat al-Kursī, and a teaching demonstration — explaining a letter to an imagined nine-year-old. The recordings, with their scores, go to the registrar.

A human appointment, always

Passing the examination confers no right to teach. It puts a qualified candidate in front of a human being: the registrar listens to the recordings and decides. And approval still isn't access — no teacher reaches a student until identity verification, background checks, safeguarding training and a signed code of conduct are all on file. That order is enforced by the platform itself.

And after appointment

Lessons are recorded. Marks are on the record. Families report to the registrar, not into a void — and a teacher who shouldn't be teaching stops teaching. The same structure that protects families is what makes this a school worth teaching at: serious teachers prefer an institution that takes them seriously.
