Safeguarding, published in full
Most academies answer safeguarding questions vaguely. Here is our entire arrangement, in writing, checkable by any parent.
Every measure, structural
These protections are built into the platform's software — they are how the system behaves, not policies someone has to remember to follow.
| Measure | How it works |
|---|---|
| Recorded lessons | Every lesson involving a student under 18 is recorded. Guardians can watch any recording of their own child at any time, without asking anyone. |
| Silent observation | A guardian can join any of their child's live lessons as an observer, invisible to the class, at any moment. |
| No private messaging | There is no private teacher–child messaging anywhere on the platform. All communication involving a child is visible to their guardian. |
| Teacher vetting | Identity verification, background check, safeguarding training and a signed code of conduct are each required before a teacher can be assigned any student. The platform refuses activation while any item is missing. |
| Entrance examination | Every teacher passed a recorded recitation-and-teaching examination reviewed by a human registrar. |
| Female-teacher requests | "Female teachers only" is enforced by the assignment system itself — no male teacher can be assigned or substituted for that student. |
| Live supervision | School coordinators can enter any live classroom at any time, and every entry is recorded in an audit log. |
| Evidence reports | Monthly guardian reports are built from the actual lesson record — attendance, recitation, marks — not from recollection. |
If something concerns you
Contact the registrar's office directly through your dashboard or the contact page. Concerns about a teacher go to a person with the authority to suspend, and suspensions take effect immediately across every lesson on the timetable.
Questions parents ask
Is an online Qurʼan class safe for my child?
Safer than most in-person arrangements, if the platform is built for it: our lessons are recorded with guardian access, teachers are identity-verified and background-checked before any student contact, there is no private teacher–child messaging, and you can observe any lesson live. Every measure is listed openly on this page.
Who can see my child's recordings?
You, the teacher, and school staff with a supervisory duty. Recordings exist for safeguarding and revision, never for marketing.
