We built an actual classroom instead: teacher and student read from the same page of the same mushaf, the teacher's pointer moves on the student's screen, and corrections are marked on the exact word — error, repeat, well done — where they stay on the record, feeding the student's progress report every month.

Every teacher passes a recorded entrance examination — recitation, articulation and a teaching demonstration — before a human registrar reviews the recordings and decides.
