One message is enough. There is no form to complete, no fee, and no attempt to talk you out of it.

1. How to ask
Send one message, from the email address or WhatsApp number the account uses:
- Email admissions@schoolofquranicstudies.com with the subject Data deletion.
- WhatsApp the admissions desk at +92 345 1821772.
Include the guardian's name and the student's first name so we can find the right record. Say if you want everything erased or only the lesson recordings. That is the whole process — there is no form, no fee and no notice period.
2. What is erased
Everything the school holds that identifies you or your child: the guardian account, the student record, the timetable, attendance, progress reports, every lesson recording, all correspondence including WhatsApp messages held on our side, and the payment token that let us take a fee.
3. How long it takes
We confirm receipt within two working days and complete the erasure within thirty days, then write to tell you it is done. Erasure is free, and it is free every time — there is no charge for asking twice.
4. The one thing we must keep
Financial records — what was invoiced and what was paid — are kept for as long as tax and company law require us to keep them. That is a legal obligation on the school, not a choice, and those records are never used for marketing, never shared, and hold no lesson content, no recording and no child's details beyond what an invoice needs.
Everything else goes.
5. Data reaching us through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp
If you contacted the school through a Meta service, the same request covers it: the conversation held on our side is deleted with the rest. Data held by Meta under its own policies is deleted through your Meta account settings, which we cannot do on your behalf — but tell us and we will point you at the right screen.
6. Your other rights
You may also ask for a copy of everything we hold, or ask us to correct it. Same route, same timescale, same absence of a fee. Where you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, the UK GDPR and GDPR apply to this processing and you may complain to your national supervisory authority if you are unhappy with our answer. The privacy policy sets out the full picture.
