From your first message to the first lesson

You choose a course, a time and the kind of teacher you prefer, and enter a card to secure the slot. A trained teacher then gives a ten-minute lesson in the real online classroom, followed by ten minutes for your questions. At the end the teacher offers admission if the fit is right. If you accept, the admission fee is charged to the saved card; if you decline, nothing is charged and the card is released.

So that the demo slot is real. A teacher prepares for it and keeps that time for you. Saving a card — with nothing charged — is how we know a booking is serious, and it is also what lets admission happen on the spot if you decide to go ahead, without another form. The card is held by Stripe; we never see or store the number.

No. The card is only charged, for the admission fee, if you accept the offer of admission at the end of the demo. Decline, and it is released.

A serving teacher of the school — one who has passed the entrance examination and background check and who teaches the course you chose. Where possible it is the teacher who would go on to teach your child.

Yes. Book one demo per child so each gets the teacher's full attention. Siblings can be timetabled back to back afterwards.

Both, and you choose. A group class is up to ten students of the same level with one examined teacher, on the same curriculum and the same shared mushaf, at half the one-to-one fee — it is what most families start with. One-to-one is a single teacher and a single student for the whole lesson. Ask at the free trial which suits your child; you can change at any month.

Teacher and student share one live mushaf on screen. The teacher's pointer moves word by word; the student recites; every slip is marked on the word itself and re-read. The page turns only when it is read correctly. For Hifz, the revision for the day is already listed when the lesson opens. At the end, what was covered — sūrah, āyāt, page — is written to the record that becomes your monthly report.

Thirty minutes for the Qaidah, Tajweed, Nazirah and Duas & Namaz; forty-five minutes for Hifz and for Tarjuma & Tafseer.

Yes. Tell us when you book and the requirement is fixed on the record — the school never assigns a male teacher to a student whose family has asked for a female one.

A laptop or desktop computer with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection and a quiet corner. A tablet works for a student who is reading; the teacher always works from a laptop.

Yours. Every time you see — on the booking page, in your emails and in your family portal — is shown in your own timezone, and the timetable is built around your school and work hours.

Tell us in advance and the coordinator moves it. A student who misses a week is welcomed back, not scolded — the revision system simply picks up where it left off.
