Service delivery

What you receive, and when

The school sells teaching, not objects. Nothing is posted, nothing is shipped, and there is no delivery charge — so this page explains exactly how and when the teaching reaches you.

Last updated 2 September 2026. This applies to schoolofquranicstudies.com and to the school's classroom and family portal at squran.com.

1. What is delivered

A live, timetabled online lesson with a named teacher, in the school's own classroom. Alongside it you receive attendance records, the pages and passages covered, the corrections made, and a written monthly progress report.

No physical product is sold and nothing is shipped. There is no postage, no courier, no customs, no handling charge and no delivery fee — the price you see on the fees page is the price in full.

2. How it reaches you

Through the school's own online classroom, opened from a link in your browser. It is not WhatsApp and it is not a generic meeting room.

The link is sent to the guardian's email address and WhatsApp number, and is always available in the family portal. It does not expire and it does not change week to week.

3. When it reaches you

  • Access to the portal and the classroom link — immediately. Both are sent the moment a booking is confirmed, normally within a few minutes and always within one working day.
  • The trial lesson — at the time you chose when booking.
  • Regular lessons — from the start of term on 7 December 2026, or from the date agreed with the coordinator if you enrol later.
  • The monthly report — in the first week of each month, for the month before.

4. Your timetable and your timezone

After you accept a place, the coordinator builds a weekly timetable around the hours your family gives, in your own timezone, and confirms it before the first lesson. You are never asked to convert a time from Pakistan yourself, and daylight-saving changes are handled by the school, not by you.

5. What you need at your end

A laptop, tablet or phone from roughly the last six years, a broadband or 4G connection, and a modern browser. Headphones help a child concentrate but are not required. There is nothing to install, no licence to buy and no separate app store download.

6. How delivery is confirmed

Every lesson taught is recorded in the family portal with its date, its length, the teacher, and the work covered — visible to you the moment the lesson ends. That record, and the monthly report, are the school's proof of delivery and yours.

7. If a lesson cannot be delivered

If the teacher or the classroom fails, the lesson is rescheduled at no cost at a time you choose, or refunded — your choice. If a teacher is unavailable for a longer period, the school provides a substitute bound by the same requirements, including any female-teacher requirement, rather than letting lessons lapse. See the refund policy.

8. Where the school delivers

Worldwide. Teaching is online, so there is no region the school cannot reach and no address it needs. The only practical limit is finding a lesson time that suits both the family and a teacher, and the coordinator settles that before you are asked to accept a place.
